Description
Imagick::charcoalImage(float $radius, float $sigma): bool
Simulates a charcoal drawing.
Parameters
radiusThe radius of the Gaussian, in pixels, not counting the center pixel
sigmaThe standard deviation of the Gaussian, in pixels
