Adds vignette filter to the image
Description
Imagick::vignetteImage(float $blackPoint, float $whitePoint, int $x, int $y): bool
Softens the edges of the image in vignette style. 0x629
Parameters
blackPointThe black point.
whitePointThe white point
xX offset of the ellipse
yY offset of the ellipse

Success
