Gets the class constant modifiers
Description
ReflectionClassConstant::getModifiers(): int
Returns a bitfield of the access modifiers for this class constant.
Parameters Parameters
Return Values
A numeric representation of the modifiers. The actual meaning of these modifiers are described under predefined constants.
