Exports LOB's contents to a file
Description
OCILob::export(string $filename, int|null $offset = null, int|null $length = null): bool
Exports LOB contents to a file.
Parameters
filenamePath to the file.
offsetIndicates from where to start exporting.
lengthIndicates the length of data to be exported.
