Description
jpeg2wbmp(string $jpegname, string $wbmpname, int $dest_height, int $dest_width, int $threshold): bool
Converts a JPEG file into a WBMP file.
Parameters
jpegnamePath to JPEG file.
wbmpnamePath to destination WBMP file.
dest_heightDestination image height.
dest_widthDestination image width.
thresholdThreshold value, between 0 and 8 (inclusive).
Return Values
Success
