Prepares an SQL statement for execution
Description
SQLite3::prepare(string $query): SQLite3Stmt|false
Prepares an SQL statement for execution and returns an SQLite3Stmt object.
Parameters
queryThe SQL query to prepare.
Return Values
Returns an SQLite3Stmt object on successFalseforfailure.
